Why Gourmet Walks?

Our Difference

“What an awesome tour this is! We took the Hayes Valley tour w/ Melissa and had a fantastic time. First of all, Hayes valley is a pretty awesome little neighborhood with tons of boutique shopping, restaurants & bars. I can't think of a better way to get to know a neighborhood & Hayes Valley is amazing! We went to about 7 different restaurants/eating stops. Everything was so good. We were surprised at the quality of places we got to go- you don't take touristy short cuts at all.”

“My new husband and I took the Hayes Valley food tour, led by the incomparable Melissa. It is only a slight exaggeration to say that it was the highlight of our honeymoon. It was a wonderfully paced meander through one of the hottest neighborhoods in SF…We will be back, and we will do another tour in another neighborhood, I’m sure of it. You can’t go wrong with this experience! ”
